Welcome to Visuals Recreated. By booking our photography services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions outlined below.

1. Payment Schedule & Milestones

Once the package is discussed and agreed upon, payments must be made according to the following schedule:

Booking Amount

Upon package discussion & booking

35%

Pre-Event

Due on event previous day

30%

Post-Event

Due right after event completion

15%

Album Handover

Remaining balance upon album delivery

2. Photo Album & Extra Pages

The agreed package includes a specified number of album pages. Any additional album pages requested beyond the package limit will be charged extra. The final remaining 15% balance must be settled in full prior to or at the time of album handover.

3. Travel Allowance for Outdoor & Outstation Shoots

Travel allowances for Pre-Wedding, Post-Wedding, or outdoor shoot locations will be charged separately based on the specific location and distance. For outstation events, travel allowance fees apply according to the destination logistics.

4. Stay & Accommodation Policy

For outstation shoots and multi-day events requiring overnight stays:

Accommodation costs for the photography crew must be allocated and covered by the client.
Clients can either book suitable hotel rooms directly for our crew or reimburse hotel expenses allocated by our team.
